Your membership runs for 12 months and renews automatically each year, with payment taken from the card you joined with. We'll email you at least 14 days before each renewal. You can turn off auto-renewal any time from My Subscriptions or by emailing info@felinology.co.uk. Cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund; after that your membership runs to the end of the year with no partial refunds.
