Your membership runs for 12 months from the date you join. Auto-renewal. Your membership renews automatically each year, and payment is taken from the card you used to join. We'll email you at least 14 days before each renewal so you know it's coming. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from My Subscriptions, or by emailing info@felinology.co.uk. Changing your mind. If you cancel within 14 days of joining, we'll refund you in full. After that, your membership continues to the end of the 12-month period and we don't offer partial refunds — but you'll keep every benefit until it ends.
